Apartment B – 1 is fully furnished apartment which are equipped to meet your needs for a pleasant and comfortable holidays stay.
Apartment B – 1 is situated on the first floor, its entrance is at the front of the house. You enter the living room (which has a small kitchen and a single bed) via the staircase.
B - 1 is a new fully equipped apartment in Rovinj Croatia. It can accommodate a max. of 4 people in two separate bedrooms. It is situated on the first floor.
It has a 2 bedroom with a double bed,living room, kitchen and the bathroom.
The apartment is capable of sleeping 4 people on the double bed.
There are enough kitchen utensils for four (4) people.
Yes, and you can walk out of the bedroom onto the terrace.

All taxes, electricity, water, linen and towels are included in the price.
There can come a time when you may need a change of linen or towels, feel free to ask and I'll give you a fresh set that you can change yourself. We don't charge for this service as long as its not abused.
Please note: you may not take our towels to the beach!
Another note. On entrance to the bathroom there are switches for your lights and hot water system.
Every now and then a guest will accidently switch off the power to the hot water boiler as well, this is a standard type of switching system here so just take note not to accidently do this otherwise you may be temporarily without hot water.
In other words if you happen to find you don't have hot water
– check the power going to it first as its not the boiler at fault.

If you reserve ONLY one night – the price is 100% higher
If you reserve ONLY two nights – the price is 60% higher
If you reserve ONLY three nights – the price is 40% higher
Four or more nights – are at the normal price
